 Jury
The Jury is comprised of five members, whose names and bios may be found at http://www.ipys.org/premio4in.shtml. They shall announce a winner in June of 2008. The award may be declared void. The Jury may choose two or more finalist entries as Honourable Mentions, apart from the two special 5 thousand dollar award winners.
Award
The awards shall be presented to the authors or representatives during an international conference to be held in a Latin American city, in June 2008.
Signature
The signature of the applying journalist (or the applying team's designated representative) is required. If the copyright to the work is not owned by the applying journalist or team of journalists, the signature of the copyright owner (or its authorized representative) is also required. Signature grants the organizations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce, publish and distribute the work (in whole or in part) in any media. Any submitted material shall not be returned.
